Le Fléora is operated by Le Fleora LLC, a Florida limited liability company. LE FLEORA™ is used as a trademark of Le Fleora LLC.

The federal trademark application for LE FLEORA has been submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office under serial number 99813823. Registration is pending and not guaranteed.

Each composition is prepared or curated with care. Floral materials, botanical stems, vessels, real-touch pieces, preserved materials, and packaging may vary slightly due to availability, seasonality, hand assembly, screen color, and sourcing constraints.

Images are intended to represent the mood, scale, and quality of a composition. Exact flower head position, stem direction, tone, vessel markings, and natural details may vary.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted when payment is authorized and the atelier confirms availability or begins fulfillment.

Le Fleora LLC may decline, cancel, or refund an order when an item is unavailable, delivery is not feasible, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot be fulfilled to the house standard.

Many Le Fléora pieces are made to order. Bespoke commissions, L'Atelier work, event florals, custom sourcing, and personalized pieces may require additional lead time and may be subject to separate written approval, deposits, or cancellation terms.

Custom and made-to-order work may not be eligible for cancellation once sourcing, production, personalization, or delivery preparation has begun.

Delivery availability, timing, and fees depend on destination, product type, order volume, weather, building access, recipient availability, and operational capacity.

For Miami deliveries, the client is responsible for providing accurate recipient, address, access, gate, concierge, and contact information. Failed delivery due to inaccurate or unavailable information may require an additional delivery attempt or fee.

Because many products are perishable, botanical, customized, or made to order, returns are limited. If an order arrives damaged or materially inconsistent with the confirmed order, contact info@lefleora.com promptly with photos and order details.

When appropriate, Le Fleora LLC may offer a replacement, partial credit, repair, remake, or refund at its discretion.

The website, photography, copy, product names, brand presentation, graphics, and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to Le Fleora LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, used commercially, or presented as another brand's work without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site in a way that harms Le Fleora LLC or its clients.
